Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is a Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Since her teenage years the singer is a part of popular flamenco and music. Also, she has explored different genres such as hip-hop soul and trap. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela described her voice as delicate and sharp, but still having the grit of more mature singers. El Mal Querer is her second album that was released in 2018, which was critically and commercially successful. Following Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, was awarded an award from the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and earned an Latin Grammy nod. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami included songwriting collaborations with a variety of artists, including Cory Henry, James Blake as well as others. The set came out in the month of March 2022, following the Saturday Night Live performance featuring the song Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the only solo performer for the first time ever on the show. Motomami was the only woman in the history of music to be a winner of the Latin Album of the Year two times as well as the three Latin Grammy Awards.
